Why Esna
Before Esna, I would spend weeks looking for a supplier or a workshop that could make one specific part — asking around, calling, searching everywhere — only to discover, eventually, that the person I needed existed all along. Nobody knew about them.
Saudi Arabia has real manufacturing capability: workshops, small factories, and makers at home with 3D printers and skills that deserve to be seen. The problem was never capability. The problem was that there was no place that brought it together.
Esna is that place: where makers and suppliers are seen, where customers learn what exists locally, and where both sides deal with each other clearly.

Our commitments

Quoting is free
A maker never pays to send a quote, and pays a commission only on a completed order.
The agreement is written
Material, quantity, specifications and date live in a clear quote both sides approve before work starts.
Price and date are fixed once approved
Any change is a written agreement between both sides.
Nobody is left alone
If there's a dispute, Esna steps in, answers within five working days, and judges by the written agreement.
Photos before delivery
We encourage every maker to send photos of the part before shipping — no surprises.
