Yes. Your profile and the directory listing are free. If fees ever come, they apply to completed orders only.
Do I need a commercial registration?
No. A CR is only needed for the Verified badge. Home makers sign up without one and can earn every other badge.
How do customers reach me?
Inside Esna: customers message you from your profile, and notifications reach you by email or on WhatsApp. Your number and email are never shown.
Can I change my details later?
Of course. Everything is editable from the dashboard: photos, capabilities, city, your link.
